Matthews Sutton & Co Ltd was established in 1984 by Peter Sutton, with the aim of providing professional accountancy services to sole traders, partnerships and companies across the region. By utilising our expertise and allowing us to handle your accounts and financial correspondences on your behalf, you’re able to focus on what you do best – run your business.
We started out in a converted house on Penny Lane in Liverpool in 1984 and, whilst we have stayed true to our roots and not moved location in over 40 years, we have expanded. From starting in just one small house with less than five members of staff, today we operate across three buildings in Penny Lane and employ over 30 expert staff members serving the entire UK.
